HOILA Guests was founded in 2019 with the vision of combining the strengths of real estate and tourism management. What began with just two apartments at Lake Caldaro has grown into one of the leading vacation rental management providers in South Tyrol.
Since 2023, we’ve joined forces with the market leader, MUSE.holiday, to expand our services and offer property owners like you even more support, innovation, and success.

We handle payment management, billing for stays, credit card commission processing, and POS rental. Additionally, we manage guest data reporting, create and submit Astat reports, handle TIC administration, and manage tourist tax collection. At the end of each month, you’ll receive a transparent overview along with all relevant accounting documents.
